The Fund aims to generate capital gains through direct investments in shares of publicly traded Chilean companies listed on one or more local stock exchanges, as well as in foreign instruments representing such shares. Investments will focus exclusively on small-cap companies that demonstrate attractive growth prospects and potential value. To support this objective, the Fund conducts comprehensive fundamental analyses—both quantitative and qualitative—covering aspects such as management performance, corporate governance, financial health, industry dynamics, competition, and the regulatory environment, among others.
