The Fund’s primary objective is to invest—through instruments permitted by its internal regulations or authorized by law, and particularly via one or more companies—in the acquisition and/or development of real estate properties in Chile, primarily residential in nature, for rental purposes. The companies in which the Fund participates, either directly or indirectly, will acquire and/or develop residential properties in Chile with the aim of leasing them to third parties.
