The Fund’s primary objective will be to invest—through instruments permitted by its internal regulations or authorized by law, and particularly through one or more companies or collective investment vehicles—in the acquisition, development and/or operation of agricultural projects involving permanent crops under regenerative practices, primarily cultivating European hazelnuts, avocados, and citrus fruits.
For such purposes, the companies or vehicles in which the Fund participates, either directly or indirectly, will acquire, develop and/or operate agricultural projects consisting of permanent crops under regenerative practices, whose main crops will primarily be European hazelnuts, avocados, and citrus fruits, mainly in Chile.
