Parque Titanium is a complex of three premium office buildings, immersed in a four-hectare public park. It is located in Las Condes, the main financial district in Santiago, Chile. Toesca owns Torre A, a Class A+ office building that has 19,800 m² of gross leasable area, which is leased solely to Scotiabank. There are also a number of ground floor retail spaces, totaling 8,500 m² of gross leasable area.
