Ruta del Limarí connects Ovalle, the capital city of Limarí province and a Chilean agricultural center, to the coastal city of La Serena. The 83-kilometer highway is operated via a concession contract with variable term ending in 2046, at the latest. Ruta del Limarí is controlled by the Spanish company Sacyr.
