Before joining Toesca, Mr. Santini was an investment and project development analyst at Abertis Autopistas Chile. He has also worked as a project engineer at Ultramar Agencia Maritima, evaluating infrastructure projects. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
