Mr. Montero started as an analyst at Celfin Capital in 1993, eventually becoming a partner. After holding various leadership positions in the firm, he was appointed CEO in 2007. In 2012 the firm was sold to BTG Pactual Chile and Mr. Montero was confirmed as CEO. In 2016, he resigned his position and went to reside in France with his family. He became a director of Toesca at the end of 2017 and, in January 2018, he became a partner and shareholder. Mr. Montero studied Business Administration at Universidad Católica de Chile and obtained an MBA from The Wharton School. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Before joining Toesca, Mr. Saieh was head of Alternative Assets at BTG Pactual Chile, responsible for all investments involving infrastructure, private credit, and real estate, and then head of Asset Management with a total AUM of USD 5 billion. Previously he was deputy-CIO at Consorcio Insurance Company. Mr. Saieh holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Mr. Vial was President of Brokerage and Director of Wealth Management at BTG Pactual Chile. He was a partner at Celfin Capital for 16 years prior to that, where he was in charge of the Stockbrokers area, becoming the number-one broker in the Chilean market. Mr. Vial holds a Business Administration degree with a post-graduate degree in Finance and Marketing.

Mr. Reyes was Director of the Wealth Management division at BTG Pactual Chile, until April 2016. He was a partner at Celfin Capital, one of the largest investment banks in Chile, until it was acquired by BTG Pactual Chile in 2012. During his 15 years at Celfin Capital he was responsible for creating, developing, and leading the Division of Asset Management and, subsequently, the Wealth Management Division of the investment bank, managing assets of more than USD 5.5 billion. Mr Reyes holds a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de Concepción.

Yarek Aranowicz, CFA, was a Partner and Director of Global Equity Research and Global Equity Research Funds (2015-2018) at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC, previously a Portfolio Manager, Deputy Director of Global Equity Research (2007-2015), and Research Analyst for the International team (2003-2007). Mr. Aranowicz joined Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC in 2003 and was responsible for managing the international funds and research analyst's effort. Prior to this, he was the Head of Emerging Markets funds and Director of the suite of CS Closed End Funds (Chile Fund, Brazil Fund, Infrastructure Fund, Israel Fund and the First Portugal Fund) at Credit Suisse Asset Management from 2000 to 2003 and Emerging Markets Equity Analyst from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Aranowicz was also the Director of Research at Trans National Research/Free Market Capital from 1996 to 1998 and an Equity Analyst at John Hancock Financial Services from 1992 to 1995. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1992. Mr. Aranowicz holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He received an M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University in 1996 and a B.A. in Foreign Trade and International Relations from the Central School of Commerce in Warsaw in 1987.

Prior to joining Toesca, Mr. Ossa worked as a portfolio manager and investment analyst at Inversiones Arizona. He has also worked at the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Before joining Toesca in December 2016, Mr. Rodriguez managed the Real Estate division at BTG Pactual Chile. There, he was responsible for a portfolio of assets exceeding USD 1 billion. He previously served as a senior analyst and director of real estate investment at Celfin Capital. He started his professional career as a risk analyst at ABN Amro Bank in 2003. Mr. Rodriguez holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes.

Before joining Toesca in December 2016, Mr. Rojas was the Portfolio Manager of Chilean equities at BTG Pactual Chile. In that role he had more than USD 700 million in AUM. He was also the Portfolio Manager of Chilean equities at Celfin Capital, where he was a Chilean stock analyst between 2004 and 2007. He started his professional career as an Analyst and Head of Chilean Equities at FIT Research in 2001. Rodrigo holds an MBA and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Católica de Chile.

Mr. Irarrázaval has extensive experience in local equity analysis. He joined Toesca in December 2016. Previously, he worked at two pension fund management companies (AFP) as an analyst for both local and international equities, and at BTG Pactual Chile, where he managed a USD 700 million portfolio. Mr. Irarrázaval holds a dual degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master in Finance from ESE Business School.

Mr. León specializes in banking, structured finance, capital markets, bankruptcies, and restructurings. He advises numerous entities, including pension funds, private equity firms, wealth management administrators, and insurance companies. He is a partner at the law firm Claro & Cía., which he joined in 2004. He was appointed director of Toesca in 2016. Mr. León holds a law degree from Universidad de Los Andes.

Ms. Recabarren specializes in tax law and has assisted numerous companies throughout her successful career. She spent 11 years at Langton Clarke and 4 years at Arthur Andersen. She then worked at Ernst & Young for 12 years, where she was named partner. She is currently a member of the Board of Toesca. She is also the academic coordinator of the Master's program in Tax Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Ms. Recabarren holds a degree in legal and social sciences from Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Chile.

Dr. De Solminihac joined the Government of Chile as the Minister of Public Works in 2010 for the first administration of Mr. Piñera. Then, in July 2011, he was named Minister of Mining. He has served as chairman of the board for Dictuc, the Chilean Copper Commission (Cochilco) and the National Mining Company. He currently serves as director of the Department of Engineering and Construction Management and Planning of the Latin American Center for Economic and Social Policies (Clapes) at Universidad Católica. He was also Director of the Infrastructure Policy Council (CPI), advisor to the MOP at the Chacao Bridge project, and a member of the Chilean Academy of Engineering. Mr. De Solminihac holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Católica de Chile, where he is also an academic, researcher, and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. He holds a PhD and MS from the University of Texas (Austin).

Mr. Bertrand has 25 years of experience in the energy and iron ore-steel industry. Prior joining the Infrastructure Committee, Mr. Bertrand was CEO of CAP S.A, before that he was CEO of Empresas Gasco and General Manager of Gasco GLP. He was also CEO of ENAP and General Manager of ENAP Refinerías. Mr Betrand has served on several boards including Cintac, GNL Quintero, Gasmar and Siderúrgica de Huchipato. Mr. Betrand has a profesional degree in Industrial Civil Engineer from Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA form the University of Adelaide, Australia. He is also a part-time professor at the Faculty of Engineering of Universidad Católica.

Between 1999 and 2001 he worked in Venture Capital; after graduating from UCLA in 2003 he became Portfolio Manager at Cuprum AFP. In 2007 he joined Empresas GI, Grupo Indumotora’s holding company, where he led the Family Office and the internal M&A team. He also sat on boards, including Forum Servicios Financieros. Between 2009 and 2015 he held positions including CEO of Banco Penta, Chairman of Penta AGF, and board member at Penta Financiero and Gama Leasing. During this time, he advised in a number of capital market, debt, and M&A transactions including Hortifrut’s IPO. Today he is Managing Partner at Brox Capital where he levers his previous experience giving strategic and financial advice. He is also a board member at HSBC Bank Chile and president of the UCLA Anderson Chile Alumni Chapter. Andres holds a Civil Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from UCLA.

Before joining the Private Credit Committee, Mr. Violic led the Project Finance area of Banco Bice (Bice Corp), executing more than one hundred projects valued at more than USD 1,500 million. Prior to that, he worked as assistant manager at N M Rothschild & Sons Limited, London, UK originating and structuring operations for Latin America. Mr. Violic has a Business and Administration degree from Universidad Católica de Chile.

Mr. Montes is an Agricultural Engineer and has had a distinguished professional career leading Montes Wines, where he is currently the Chairman of the Board, in addition to his family agricultural businesses. He is a board member of Chile’s SNA (National Society of Agriculture) and chairs the Chile-Korea Business Committee (SOFOFA).

Mr. Gritti has over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure industry. He was a project engineer in the Concessions Coordination group of the Ministry of Public Works of Chile for 2 years. He was a technical manager at Sacyr for 8 years, both for the Vespucio and Santiago-Viña highways. He was also CEO of Vespucio Sur and La Serena- Vallenar concessions, and the Sacyr subsidiary in Chile for 6 years. In that position, he directed studies and successfully prepared offers for the adjudications of the Concepción- Cabrero, Iquique Access, and La Serena –Vallenar concessions. Over the last 4 years, he has worked as an advisor to the government and private investors in infrastructure investments. Mr. Gritti holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Chile and an MBA from UTFS.

Ms. Montero joined Toesca in 2018 after working as Head Legal Counsel at BTG Pactual Chile and Celfin Capital for 12 years. She has worked at private law firms, including Carey & Compañía and Honorato, Russi & Co. She also worked at Banco BICE and at Cochilco, a highly specialized technical institution that acts as an advisor to the State of Chile through the Ministry of Mining. Ms. Montero holds a Law degree from the Universidad de Chile and a Masters of Tax Planning from the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.

Mr. Moroso joined Toesca in 2021. Prior to that, he served as an Associate Director at Moneda Asset Management, where he led the FO, MFO, and Wholesale commercial segments in Chile, Peru, and Uruguay. Previously, he worked as a Relationship Manager in the Wealth Management division of Larraín Vial and, before that, as an Equity Analyst at BTG Pactual Chile. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master in Management Science from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, as well as a Master in Finance from London Business School.

Mr. Jacob joined Toesca in 2017 and had 10 years of prior experience. He worked at companies such as BICE Inversiones, in the research department, and at BTG Pactual as an Associate Director, where he managed a USD 700 million portfolio. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica de Chile.

Mr. Guajardo joined Toesca in 2023. Prior to that, he became a partner at SIASA Consultores, a firm specializing in agricultural consulting and project development. With over 15 years of experience in the agricultural industry, he has held various positions, ranging from production to general management in different companies. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a specialization in finance.

Rafael Rodríguez joined Toesca in 2022. He is an Agricultural Engineer with over 30 years of experience in fruit production. He has managed more than 1,300 hectares of table grapes, peaches, nectarines, and plums at Geofrut. He currently serves as a technical advisor and is Chairman of the Board of Ucva Nova, an organization focused on table grape research in Chile.

Mr. Infante joined Toesca in 2018. Prior to that, he worked in project analysis and acquisitions for Acciona Energía Chile. Previously, in the U.S., he was part of US Renewables Group, where he participated in the analysis and due diligence of a wide range of transactions. Before that, he worked at ECL (Engie) and Transelec. Mr. Infante holds a degree in Electrical Civil Engineering from Universidad de Chile and an MBA from the University of California.

Mr. Carreño joined Toesca in 2016. At the time of his arrival, he had over 10 years of experience in compliance and risk control, gained at Citibank Chile and other prestigious institutions. He holds a dual degree in Management Control Engineering and Accounting from the University of Chile.

Mr. Vergara joined Toesca in 2016. At the time of his arrival, he had 5 years of experience in business analysis and management at BTG Pactual. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Ms. Ellis joined Toesca in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for five years as an associate at Barros & Errázuriz Abogados, focusing her practice on advising domestic and international companies, as well as banks and financial institutions, in local and international financings, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, and general corporate matters. She holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Mr. Santini joined Toesca in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an investment and project development analyst at Abertis Autopistas Chile. He previously served as a project engineer at Ultramar Agencia Marítima, evaluating infrastructure projects. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.

Mr. González joined Toesca in 2017, with 25 years of experience in the financial industry, having served primarily as CEO of the factoring division at Banco Edwards, Santander, and Celfin Factoring (now Penta Financiero). He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Chile.

Mr. Guzmán joined Toesca in 2020. Prior to that, he worked for four years as a private debt analyst at Activa Alternative Assets (Larraín Vial). He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Quiroga joined Toesca in 2018. Prior to that, he worked at Aurus AGF Real Estate Fund and LV-Patio, where he was responsible for managing the real estate portfolio. He also worked at Falabella Inmobiliario, overseeing construction projects for subsidiaries such as Sodimac, Tottus, and Falabella. Mr. Quiroga holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad del Bío-Bío and an MBA from Universidad del Desarrollo.

Mr. Gómez joined Toesca in 2022. He previously worked as a financial analyst at Embalse Convento Viejo and later as Head of Development at Red Salud S.A. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Ms. Castro has 11 years of experience in finance and consulting. Before joining Toesca, she worked at Ernst & Young and Credicorp Capital as an auditor and as the head of the back office respectively. She holds a degree in Auditing and Public Accounting from Universidad Diego Portales.

Trinidad Henríquez joined Toesca in 2024. She previously worked for four years in the fund administration sector, gaining experience in operations, regulatory compliance, and the structuring and implementation of investment vehicles. She holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from Universidad de Santiago.

Ms. Haz joined Toesca in 2021, after working for six years at Econsult, first as an Investment Analyst and later as Senior Investment Analyst. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes.

Mr. Linderman joined Toesca in 2022 as a Real Estate Analyst and later transitioned to the Farmland team. Prior to that, he worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Credicorp Capital Asset Management, where he evaluated projects and managed six investment funds. He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Mr. Vildósola joined Toesca in 2021. Previously, he worked as a Business Analyst at AD Capital, where he spent three years involved in the acquisition, financing, management, and sale of an 80 MW solar photovoltaic portfolio. He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and is a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA).

Ms. Muñoz joined Toesca in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for 25 years in accounting departments at companies such as Deloitte, PKF, and Corredora GMB. She holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Colegio de Contadores de Santiago.

Jaime joined Toesca in 2016. He has over 23 years of experience in the financial industry, having served primarily as a treasurer at institutions such as BTG Pactual and Scotiabank. He holds a Financial Technician degree from Instituto Profesional Itesa.

Mr. Reyes joined T-Power in 2023, the independent power producer created by Toesca, where he oversees the renewable energy asset portfolio comprising Luz del Norte and Cóndor del Sol. Previously, he worked as an Energy Regulation and Market Analyst at Valgesta New Energy, and later as Asset Manager at Agrosonda SpA, managing hydroelectric assets and participating in the development and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects. He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Camila Lillo joined Toesca in 2020. She previously worked for four years as a planning and control analyst at BTG Pactual. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Diego Portales.

Mr. Sánchez joined Toesca in 2023. Prior to that, he worked for one year as an investment analyst at Quest Capital. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Economics, and a Master’s in Applied Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

María Paz Tampe joined Toesca in 2023. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Andrea Bachelet joined Toesca in 2023. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Mr. Galetovic joined T-Power in 2024. He previously worked at Kauel Inc. and Energía Simple, focusing on technology development and energy contract negotiation. He holds a degree in Electrical Civil Engineering with a diploma in Electrical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Mr. Barra joined Toesca in 2024. He previously worked for one year as an FP&A analyst in the electric vehicle industry. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a diploma in Information Technology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and passed the CFA Level I exam in 2024.

Mr. Urresti joined Toesca in 2025. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management from Universidad de los Andes, awarded in 2024.

Camila Valenzuela joined Toesca in 2023. She previously worked for three years in accounting for agricultural companies and for another three years in external auditing at Deloitte. She holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing from Universidad Diego Portales and a Diploma in Internal Audit Management from Universidad de Chile.

Mr. Vargas joined Toesca in 2022. He studied General Accounting with a specialization in Tax Law and is currently pursuing a degree in Auditing at Duoc UC.

Josefina Urzúa joined Toesca in 2023. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Loreto Campos joined Toesca in 2022. She holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing – Public Accountant from Universidad Diego Portales.

Mr. Arratia joined Toesca in 2020. Previously, he worked for 10 years at G-Connection, providing technical support services to companies such as CCU, Lipigas, Salfa, Forum, and BTG Pactual, among others. He is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering at INACAP.

Ximena Barrios joined Toesca in 2024. She previously worked for 12 years as assistant to Mr. José Tomás Errázuriz at Barros & Errázuriz Abogados. She also held positions at Celfin Capital and at the law firms Alcaíno, Rodríguez & Sali and Baraona Marré.

Mr. Puebla joined Toesca in 2017. He is part of the support team, responsible for service and hospitality within the office.
