The Fund’s primary objective is to invest—through instruments permitted by its internal regulations or authorized by law, and particularly through one or more companies—in the acquisition and/or development of real estate in Chile, primarily of an agricultural nature, for rental purposes. To this end, the companies in which the Fund participates, either directly or indirectly, will acquire and/or develop properties mainly intended for agricultural activities in Chile, with the purpose of leasing them to third parties, granting usufruct rights, or under other legal arrangements.
