The primary objective of the Fund will be to invest, through the instruments permitted by these internal regulations or authorized by law, and specifically, through one or more collective investment companies or vehicles such as funds, in the acquisition of commercial real estate for lease located in the United States of America and/or other activities related to the real estate industry, such as leasing, exploitation, operation, maintenance, and management of real estate for commercial purposes for lease, all within the United States of America.
