compose our universe. We believe the only way to limit downside risk and obtain above
market returns is through a concentrated portfolio managed by conducting bottom-up detailed
analysis, combined with a disciplined approach to investing. We continuously perform site
visits to all companies in our portfolio and hold one-on-one meetings with key management
members, constantly evaluating their performance. This process, together with our
